The city of Vilnius has inaugurated a dedicated AI innovation hub in a renovated building near the Gediminas Tower. The 3,000 square metre facility offers subsidised office space, GPU compute clusters, and event areas for up to 300 people.

Backed by a public-private partnership between Vilnius City Municipality, Enterprise Lithuania, and three corporate sponsors, the hub aims to house 40 startups and research teams within its first year.

Mayor Valdas Benkunskas noted that the hub is part of a broader effort to position Vilnius alongside Tallinn and Riga as a peer in the Baltic AI landscape. "We have the talent. Now we are providing the infrastructure."

A resident programme offering six-month tenancies with mentorship, investor access, and free GPU hours is now accepting applications.
